Stigmatisation in its worst forms should be classified under punishable offences like any other forms of abuse. The structures of HIV/AIDS organisations like NAC should have a qouta system for HIV+. Some minnimum diet levels should be maintained at national level to reduce the rate of deterioration. Access to money in the banks by those living with HIV/AIDS require sprucing up to ensure people would afford drugs and be on level terms with others.
